2018 Conference Registration Fees

Professional development is one of the best investments any direct marketer or fundraiser can make in themselves, their colleagues or their cause.

To make it as affordable as possible to invest in the abundant return of the 13th annual Bridge Conference, we've created special hotel/conference packages that deliver savings on our lowest registration fees!

Several options are available — and we're friendly to small nonprofits and groups.

  • Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW)

  • American Advertising Federation of DC (AAF DC)
  • Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA)

2018 Bridge Conference Registration Rates

  • 2018 Hotel+ Full Education Package Rate: Includes two-day conference registration PLUS Gaylord National Hotel Stay for Tuesday (July 31) and Wednesday (August 1) evenings. Cost break down: room ($229/night), resort fee ($18/night) and tax (18%) - This rate is available while supplies last
  • Two-Day Full Education Registration: Includes Wednesday and Thursday Breakout and General Sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches in the Solutions Showcase and the Networking Reception.
  • One-Day Education Registration: Includes all Breakout and General Sessions and the day’s scheduled activities in the Solutions Showcase on EITHER Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Two-Day Solutions Showcase Only: Includes all activities held in the Solutions Showcase including Wednesday morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and Networking Reception; Thursday morning break and lunch.

*Group Discount Definition: 3 or more registered with the same company, must be registered at the same time with and paid for with one form of payment. Groups must register at the Full Education Rate, the discount will be applied at the end. Only applicable to full conference registrations.

**Small Nonprofit Definition: For organizations with a total revenue under $1,000,000. Limited number of registrations available on first-come, first-served basis

***Student Definition: Fulltime student or Intern. Limited number of registrations available on first-come, first-served basis. Some scholarships are available.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The cancellation deadline is Monday, June 18, 2018. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Emily Pirman at emilyg@bridgeconf.org by June 18. If a registrant cancels on or before this date, the registration fee will be refunded to the individual minus an $85 cancellation fee. Cancellation disqualifies you from receiving attendee benefits and publications.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration plus Hotel Stay: Until June 18, 2018, if a registrant cancels, the registration fee will be refunded to the individual minus $85 and the person's hotel reservation will be cancelled by the Bridge Conference. After June 18, 2018 there will be no refunds for registration or hotel. Cancellation disqualifies you from receiving attendee benefits and publications.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Emily Pirman at emilyg@bridgeconf.org.

Substitutions: Please contact Emily Pirman (emilyg@bridgeconf.org) to request a registration substitution within the same registered organization. A $25 substitution fee will apply to any substitutions made after June 18, 2018.
