Steve Caldwell
Strategy Director
Merkle, Inc.

Presentation Title: Retaining "At Risk" Revenue

Steve Caldwell is a strategy director and analytic manager within Merkle’s Quantitative Marketing Group and helps support Merkle Agency clients with both analytic and strategic leadership.  Steve joined Merkle in November of 2004 with a background in retail management and a degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  He has played vital roles in database management, analytics, and marketing strategy while at Merkle, with the bulk of his experience supporting various nonprofit organizations like AARP, American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, Heifer International, National Wildlife Federation, and the United States Navy Memorial.
