Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2010 Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference at the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center, July 26-28, 2010. Please see below the number of volunteers required and a brief description of the actual tasks.

Volunteer Areas

1. MAXI Awards Ceremony Volunteers - Monday, July 26 only
Help greet guests and collect tickets at the MAXI Awards.

8 Volunteers Needed (4 at each time slot) 1:00 - 3:00 PM and 4:00 - 6:30 PM

2. Registration - Tuesday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 28
Registration volunteers are needed to help register conference attendees beginning Tuesday, July 27 through Wednesday, July 28. Volunteers working registration will receive a two-for-one registration rate!

4 Volunteers Needed Tuesday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
3 Volunteers Needed Tuesday 12:30 - 6:30 PM
4 Volunteers Needed Wednesday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

3. Onsite Direction - Tuesday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 28
Onsite directions volunteers will help direct conference attendees to different sessions and events during the conference. Direction volunteers are encouraged to sign up for several time slots as this is our greatest area of need.

27 Volunteers Needed 8:00 - 8:35 AM & 9:15 - 9:35 AM and 10:25 - 11:05 AM

12 Volunteers Needed 2:10 - 2:20 PM and 2:50 - 3:05 PM

4. Plenary Luncheon Volunteers - Wednesday, July 28
Help greet guests and collect tickets at the Plenary Luncheon
